Beautiful Lemon Burst Finish over a very nice grained top with some mineral flecks. This is one of the less common finish colors Gibson applies. They only make these in small batches on occasion, so here's your chance to grab one before we don't see them again for quite a while. Great weight at 9.08 pounds.

Very resonant and lively. Each string can be heard distinctly when plucked and it has a very full tone. A great sounding guitar, it is very lively played acoustically and has plenty of punch and clarity plugged in.

Low neck set angle making for a low bridge height off the body - perfect for great play. Neck is straight with little relief and the guitar plays clean up and down the neck. Neck profile is average to slightly smaller than average for the '58 Reissue model and is very comfortable with well rounded shoulders.

Comes with accessory pack (may not be shown in pictures), Gibson Custom case, certificate of authenticity, hang tags and original shipping box. Switch tip is located in a small plastic zip-lock bag along with the hangtags. These guitars are shipped from Gibson this way to prevent the switch tip from being damaged in shipment.

All Gibson Custom Shop guitars are Plek laser fret leveled from the factory. This process ensures great consistency in fretwork from guitar to guitar and provides for very level frets that are a pleasure to play on. The Plek system also cuts the nut slots. Gibson VOS guitars feature lightly aged finishes and hardware for a vintage appearance. These finishes and hardware can be buffed to a higher gloss by the owner, if so desired.

Carved maple top, VOS finish, Solid, non-weight relieved mahogany back, 1-piece mahogany neck with long tenon, Early '50s rounded neck profile, 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, Acrylic trapezoid inlays with accurate shape and color, Single ply cream binding, Holly headstock veneer, Vintage Kluson style keystone tuners, Aged nickel hardware, ABR-1 bridge with no, retaining wire, lightweight aluminum tailpiece, BurstBucker #1 (R) and #2 (T) pickups, CTS pots and bumble bee capacitors, 2 volume, 2 tone, 3-way selector switch, 24 3/4" scale, 1 11/16" nut width, Gibson Custom case, Certificate of authenticity, Plek Laser Fret leveling. Switch Tip located in zip-lock bag with the hang tags.

Note: some images may contain photographic reflections or lint, which are not defects in the finish

USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail is typically around $130 and up. Some countries have restrictions on package sizes that would prevent using these services. In some cases, the USPS has restrictions on insured value, but additional insurance can be purchased through a third-party insurer.

It is important to provide accurate contact information so the shipper and/or customs can contact you to arrange for the payment of duties and taxes.
